- 3+ years' experience in an Operations Manager position.
- Profound experience with business and financial procedures, including budgets and forecasting.
- Profound experience in budget development and oversight.
- Excellent understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
- Basic IT skills, including experience with databases and MS Office.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- BS degree in operations management or a related area.
