POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all F&B operations, ensuring high service standards, guest satisfaction, and profitability. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in the F&B industry, including 1 year managing a restaurant within a hotel.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee restaurant, bar, room service, and event catering operations.
- Manage and train staff, ensuring excellent service and compliance with safety standards.
- Develop menus with the chef, manage stock, and control costs.
- Handle guest feedback and implement improvements.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgets and F&B sales.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, liquor laws, and local regulations.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualification
- Minimum 3 years in F&B, with 1 year in hotel restaurant management.
- NQF 6 in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, or similar from an accredited institution.
Experience
- Strong leadership, customer service, and financial management skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
