Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. - Marine; B.Tech/B.E. - Mechanical

Candidate should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. They should also be a team player and have a problem-solving aptitude.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and subordinates/co-workers
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Should have good knowledge in ship breaking industry with at least 15 to 20 years of experience in a similar field
Should have good knowledge of Ferrous and Non-Ferrous metals
Proven working experience as a project manager in the Ship Breaking Industry
Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in the Ship Breaking Industry
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
