We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our close-knit team.
You will be responsible for, but not limited to: -
• Providing legal advice and counsel to individuals and organizations involved in labour-related issues.
• Helping employees, unions, or employers understand their rights, obligations, and legal options under labor laws
• Advising on and drafting employment contracts, confidentiality agreements, and restraints of trade
• Handling health and safety requirements and environmental law
• Drafting legal documents, such as affidavits, rescission applications, and postponement applications
• Initiating, investigating, conducting, and managing internal disciplinary hearings and incapacity inquiries
• Representing parties in conciliation processes
Requirements
LLB degree with Labour Law as a Major subject
