Job Title: TPN Operative
Location: Thetford
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, Rotating Shifts (6:00 am - 2:00 pm / 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm)
Job Description On behalf of our client, we are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented TPN (Total Parenteral Nutrition) Operative to join their dedicated team. This role involves working on a rotating shift schedule to support the production and preparation of TPN solutions, ensuring high-quality standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities: - Preparation and Production: Assist in the preparation and assembly of TPN solutions in a sterile environment, following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality control protocols.
- Quality Control: Conduct checks on products and materials, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and documenting findings accurately.
- Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain production equipment safely, performing routine checks and maintenance as required.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock levels, report shortages, and ensure timely replenishment of necessary materials.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment, including the correct use of PPE.
- Documentation: Accurately complete required documentation for batch records, product tracking, and compliance reporting.
Qualifications and Skills: - Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or pharmaceutical environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with GMP and/or working in a sterile environment is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to follow precise instructions.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work effectively within a rotating shift schedule.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Physical Requirements: - Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Capable of lifting materials and equipment as required (up to 20kg).
