Shire Healthcare are recruiting for a *Consultant Psychologist* to lead an acute inpatient service in South *Manchester.*
*Role snapshot**:*
The candidate appointed will be leading the Psychological Therapies provision of an adult acute inpatients service contributing to *strategic leadership* and *service development* for acute inpatients and PICU. The post holder will also have some line management responsibilities and hold a small clinical caseload of consultation and indirect working.
*Contract type* – permanent
*Hours* – both part time and full time will be considered
*Salary* - £68,200 - £71,500 FTE
*Experience required:*
Clinical, Counselling and Forensic Psychologists applying will have *HCPC* registration and extensive experience working with complex mental health such as *psychosis*, *personality disorders *and *trauma*. Previous experience is also required with delivering supervision and service development.
