- Deliver clear, insightful performance and risk management reports to executives and the board.
- Act as the go-to for escalations, resolving concerns swiftly and transparently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CFA or similar designation is a plus.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel; experience with portfolio management tools is advantageous.
- 7+ years in senior roles within private debt, private equity, or asset management, with a proven track record in fund management.
- Advanced financial modelling, due diligence, and risk analysis skills to manage complex financial structures.
- Solid understanding of legal frameworks in debt financing and investment agreements.
- Exceptional judgment in decision-making and escalation management.
