Role Purpose
Responsible for the collection, consolidation, analysis and delivery of insightful reporting on strategic and operational performance.
Requirements
Qualification
- Matric with Mathematics
- 3 year degree in Data, Statistics or any Quantitative related fields (Math’s, Econ, Stats, IT) or Commercial (Finance, Accounting, Operations Management)
- Completed a course in data analysis, analytics Data visualisation, etc. would be advantageous

Experience
- 1-2 years’ experience in an operational environment required
- Exposure to Analytics, Visualisation (Power BI), Business writing, Report writing would be advantageous
- Experience in Medical Scheme or Financial Services environment (preferable)
Duties & Responsibilities
Internal Process
- Collect data and information from various sources, generate, update and distribute reports.
- Develop and maintain robust reporting templates using tools like Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Perform data and graphical analysis to identify trends, outliers, patterns and relationship between metrics.
- Build reporting tools, scorecards and dashboards to communicate operational insights.
- Produce timely reports in line with agreed schedules or upon request.
- Develop and document performance indicators and operational metrics.
- Automate data collection and reporting processes and outputs.
- Implement quality assurance procedures to validate the accuracy of reporting outputs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and fulfill reporting needs.
- Support and contribute to the delivery reporting related projects.
Client
- Provide authoritative expertise and advice to clients and stakeholders.

- Deliver on service level agreements made with clients and internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure that client expectations are managed.
