Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to brand strategy and annual operating plans
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across all channels
- Manage digital marketing initiatives, including content creation and influencer partnerships
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges
- Analyze data to drive informed decision-making and report on brand performance
- Lead new product development from ideation to launch
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships
Qualifications & Experience
- BCom, BTech Marketing, or IMM Degree
- Minimum 5 years' experience in brand management within the FMCG industry
- Strong understanding of brand building principles and strategies
- Proven track record in driving brand growth and market share expansion
- Expertise in ATL & BTL development, budget management, and digital media
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Strong project management abilities with a bias for action
- Valid driver's license and own reliable transport
