Administrator Maintenance WM Planning - Mamatwan Mine

Location: Hotazel, Northern Cape, ZA, 8490

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role is a permanent full-time position. As an administrator maintenance work maintenance planning , you will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment and performance measures are entered, tracked, and monitored for data history.

Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

Recording and tracking equipment deployments;
Collect operation units of measure data both manually and automatically through systems;
Compilation of general standard reports;
Issuing of vehicle licenses in line with FRCS;
Scheduling of work orders;
Place Purchase Requisitions on SAP;
Printing and distributing SAP work orders;
Coordinate planning meetings;
Manage shared resource list;
Filing, archiving, data capturing, and copying.

ABOUT YOU:

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

Must have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in Maintenance Administration / Clerk role;
Experience working on SAP/1SAP;
Technical experience in Mechanical / Electrical field is advantageous.

Qualifications for this role are:

Computer literacy in MS Office suite.
