We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager to oversee and manage the finance functions of the organisation, including financial planning, reporting, internal controls, costing, and audits. You will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, cost management, and financial accuracy across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee finance systems, internal audits, and housekeeping (GRN/PO/Leave approval). Monitor procurement and costing functions.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process. Provide accurate financial reports and analysis to senior management.
- Conduct internal audits and support external annual audits.
- Manage CAPEX authorizations and fixed asset register.
- Develop product costing, manage stock counts, and control variances.
- Provide direction to the finance team and foster a productive work environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Honours Degree in Accounting/Financial Management (or equivalent).
- CA (SA) with 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
- FMCG or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical, and technical skills. Syspro experience is a plus.
