Our client that has a national footprint that specializes in the innovative operations and management of boiler plants on behalf of Industrial clients, require the skills of a Site Supervisor who will be reporting to the Maintenance Manager and support the Production Engineer.
Position Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for the direct management and supervision of the daily operations and maintenance activities on the client’s site.

Requirements:
- Grade 12.
- ND in Electrical / Mechanical engineering OR Millwright Red Seal.
- Management experience will be an advantage.
- Good administrational, data capturing and filing skills.
- Good trend and graph interpretation skills.
- Working knowledge and application of maintenance systems.
- Working knowledge of procurement procedures.
- Be prepared to undergo further training or studies.
- Positive and proactive engagement with an energetic attitude.
- Demonstrate leadership and interactive team member for the site and region.
Key Responsibilities: - Capture and analyse production data.
- Monitor fuel stock and boiler house metrics and efficiencies.
- Client liaison at senior management level.
- Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
