Your responsibilities

You are the IT counterpart of the CRM product manager to transfer functional requirements to the future CRM software solution
Translating the product manager's features into actionable product backlog items and technical coordination with the development teams
Management, controlling and governance of the implementation partner
Management, refinement and prioritization of the backlog, taking into account the project objectives and design principles
Continous improvement of CRM funcionalities

Your qualifications

Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable degree program or comparable qualifications
Several years of professional experience in a similiar position
Very good knowledge of agile methods and project management
High customer and service orientation as well as enthusiasm for digitalization, new technologies and process design
Experience in the management and coordination of implemenation partners
Very good knowledge of CRM and BI solutions
Very good written and spoken Germnan and English skills
