Job Description
We are looking for a vibrant, tenacious, and determined individual for the Business Agent role.
Minimum Qualification Required
- Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4
- RE5
- Fais Credits
Minimum Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of Call Centre experience with at least 2 years in personal lines
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administration
- Personal lines retention experience will be advantageous.
Deliverables include, but will not be limited to
- Performing call centre administrative duties
- Achieve the required actions inclusive of calls, IPA and chatbot flow.
- Excellent track record of achieving monthly targeted amount for upselling.
- Compliance with the quality assurance requirements for the role
- Transferring of calls to the relevant department within the organization
- Excellent knowledge of MiWay Business products and systems
- Previous experience of working with TIA and/or MIA accounts
- Knowledge of the Collections Queues and Processes
- Must be highly proficient in dealing with clients at all levels.
