Talent Acquisition Specialist
Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their East London-based team.
The successful candidate will take charge of planning and guiding talent sourcing needs and goals, specifically related to where and how the company will source the talent needed to meet acquisition needs, thereby contributing to overall business success.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- Diploma in Human Resources
- Valid Driver’s License – Code 8 unendorsed (must have) – must be able to travel
- Computer Literate: Full Microsoft Office package
- Minimum 3 – 5 years’ recruitment experience in the Retail industry or Recruitment Agency
- Experience in various recruitment and selection techniques
- Experience in job analysis, role profiling, and competency-based interviews
- Experience in the professional use of sourcing channels and platforms e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Ditto
