Head Chef, KT20 Surrey, 40k Monday to Friday 40hrs per week
Recruiting for an experienced Head Chef for this busy site based in KT20, Surrey.
With approx. 300/400 people on site, the kitchen provides a breakfast and lunch service as well as some hospitality with all food freshly prepared and high quality.
As the Head Chef, you will be
Responsible for the day to day running of the kitchen and management of the team of 5
Financially astute - managing budgets and costings
Working alongside the General Manager to drive the business
Creating exciting menus based on current trends/concepts
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
You, as the ideal candidate, will be
A passionate Head Chef with a proven work history
Experienced ideally within a B&I/contract catering
A strong leader with the ability to manage and guide a team as well as work as part of
Financially responsible and able to manage paperwork and costings
Excellent in communication and organizational skills
Flexible and willing with a positive attitude
