CK Group are recruiting for a Business Insights Manager, to join a company in the Pharmaceutical industry, at their site based in Tadworth, Surrey, initially on a contract basis for 12 months.
Salary: Hourly up to £30.00 PAYE/ £36.69 Umbrella (Inside IR35).
Business Insights Manager Role:- Provide analytic support in the market & with country commercial teams.
- Performance measurement, customer analytics, customer journey development, customer data mining & market research, as needed to uncover insights.
- In partnership with country stakeholders, recommend, define and implement business analytics plans.
- Support customer/omni-channel analysis and consultation to proactively provide deep insights.
- Understand key healthcare systems, data sources, and ability to merge those data sources in a meaningful way.
Your Background:- Analytics & Insights background gained within a pharmaceutical company or consultancy working with a pharmaceutical company.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Strong Story Telling in Power Point.
- Tableau experience would be advantageous.
