Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage audit engagements for diverse clients, including large multinational corporations, financial institutions, and public sector entities.
- Oversee the full audit process from planning to execution and reporting, ensuring adherence to global standards and local regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing insights and recommendations to improve business practices.
- Manage and mentor a team of junior auditors, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Ensure all audits are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality.
- Stay current with the latest changes in local and international accounting and audit regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant essential - ACCA, CA, or CPA.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in external auditing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Experience working across various industries.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and ISA.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
