About the Role: Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Academics to lead and drive the academic strategy across its three schools. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for education, and a proven track record in academic strategy development and implementation.
In this senior leadership position, you will collaborate with school leadership teams, oversee curriculum development, promote innovative teaching practices, and ensure continuous academic improvement aligned with the vision and values.
Key Requirements: - A Bachelorâs Degree in Education (Master's Degree preferred).
- Minimum 7 years of teaching experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, ideally as Head of Academics.
- Strong understanding of academic strategies, curriculum development, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire staff and students.
- Experience in driving academic excellence and innovation within schools.
- Familiarity with the Cambridge and Botswana curricula is an advantage.
