Role Overview
Provide education and information to members on up to two products to increase employee satisfaction and retention.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide education and information on the selected products (Internal Process)
- Provide a range of education and information on the selection of products.
- Proactively engage with members pre-appointment to explain the selected products.
- Utilize various tools to help members understand and select suitable benefits packages, creating a positive experience and increasing client satisfaction.
- Assist members in completing and submitting relevant paperwork, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and standards.
- Provide customized communication and technology/digital services that enable employees to interact with benefits and enhance understanding of the selected product.
- Assist members with queries regarding benefits and any updates or reviews.
- Ensure ongoing engagement with benefits or products.
- Contribute to the development of processes and procedures to increase administrative efficiencies.
Engage with clients in a client-centric manner (Client Services)
- Provide authoritative expertise and advice to clients and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the negotiation of objective and realistic service level agreements, monitor appropriateness, and recommend adjustments.
- Deliver on service level agreements made with clients and stakeholders to ensure client expectations are managed.
- Make recommendations to improve client service and fair treatment of clients within the area of responsibility.
Self-management and Team Collaboration (People)
Contribute to financial controls and planning within the team.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- NQF5 Industry-related qualification
Experience
Minimum of 1 – 2 years of financial industry experience.
