Key Requirements:
• Matric
• ETDP certification essential
• Previous Training and User Acceptance Testing Experience essential
• 5 years’ experience in the Telematics industry highly desirable, or
• 5 years’ experience in the Telecoms industry highly desirable, or
• 5 years’ experience in the Security industry desirable
• 5 years’ experience training help desk agents beneficial
