Responsibilities
- Oversee the Finance & Administration Team.
- Ensure timely reporting and manage regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with HR and legal teams.
- Participate actively in Risk, Audit, and Payroll committees.
- Advise the CEO on asset allocation and cash flow management.
- Drive financial excellence and governance.
