This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in financial management, process optimization, and team development to ensure exceptional quality and seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and streamline daily operations across multiple restaurant locations in a fast-paced environment.
- Oversee financial management including budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis for effective decision-making.
- Lead and motivate staff, fostering productivity and a positive work culture.
- Handle inventory management and supply coordination to ensure stock availability and efficient operations.
- Implement operational improvements and strategic initiatives through project management expertise .
- Enhance process efficiency and maintain quality control in line with industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for a safe work environment.
- Maintain high service standards, impacting business outcomes through excellent customer service .
- Track and analyze KPIs, adjusting strategies to achieve objectives.
- Collaborate effectively with departments, vendors, and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements:
- Culinary Degree or equivalent experience in a high-level kitchen environment.
- 15+ years of experience in operations within a premier culinary setting.
- Strong background in financial, project, and people management.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
