Candidate requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent
Min of 3 years proven experience in a similar role at a 4- or 5-star establishment
Excellent administrative capabilities with full proficiency in MS Office suite
Good knowledge of POS and Restaurant systems (preferably Plus Point, Plus Central & Apex)
Exceptional menu planning and development capabilities
Good knowledge on stock management, rotation and ordering
The ability to create and sustain good relationships with vendors
Exceptional management and leadership capabilities
Above-average customer service skills with the ability to engage customers and create memorable experiences
Good financial acumen and the ability manage budgets, costing, and to maximize profitability
The ability to host events and manage catering for large functions and events
Marketing savvy to promote products and drive sales in the Food and Beverage department
Up to date with industry trends
The ability to train and upskill staff in a positive way
