As the Payroll Operations Manager you will be responsible for the below: - Oversee transition to outsourced payroll, setting up procedures and updating stakeholders
- Ensure payroll setup aligns with business needs
- Identify and address issues during payroll transition
- Establish SLA with service provider and agree on deliverables
- Plan and communicate payroll deadlines, annually and monthly
- Process payroll accurately, compliantly, and timely
- Approve consolidated payroll after brand reviews
- Load and approve bank file each month
- Make third-party payments on time per agreements
- Collaborate with Group Finance for timely fund release
- Manage annual payroll audit and action findings
- Track payroll compliance and recommend improvements
- Stay updated on payroll legislation, adjusting as needed
- Streamline payroll operations with service provider
- Build and lead a motivated, high-performing payroll team
Job Experience and Skills Required: Completed Matric.
Completed
Bcom Honors in
Accounting and related field.
5+ years of experience in similar field.
