Our client within the Engineering industry is seeking the expertise of a Mill Operations Manager to join their team based in JHB East with travel to various sites. This will be a permanent opportunity.
The Key Responsibilities for this Role Include
- Manage and develop mill services station
- Maintenance of mill contracts and also involved in new milling plant contracts identifying in new offers, formulate value and custom solutions to clients
- Operational Management of current mills
- Contract review preparations
- Milling plant best practices development
- Technical manual development and standard packages for repairs and service
Qualification
- Mechanical Engineering Degree
- Project Management Certification
Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in Mill Operations on Managerial level
- Experience with mill plant maintenance
- Knowledge of ball and tube mills
- Experienced at technical solution finding
- Must have a strong Commercial acumen
