Business Manager (FMCG) – Bloemfontein (AA/EE Position)
Minimum Qualifications:
Grade 12 + B.Com Degree
3-5 Years Key Account Management/Sales/Marketing Experience in a Technical Sales Environment
Fully computer literate
Strong knowledge of Distribution/Logistics Methodologies
Customer service orientated
Excellent communication skills – written & oral
Bilingual
Valid driver’s license – (Able to travel)

Purpose: Manage a portfolio of clients allocated, implement action plans & objectives ensuring that revenue, volume, profitability & customer service objectives are achieved. Initiate & lead in the development process of identified opportunities & ensure that each client is supported at the specific standard.

- New business development
- Identify new business opportunities in all market sectors
- Lead & participate in new business projects
- Assist with rate negotiations
- Coordinating in conjunction with the Hire Stock Audit team & CCT
- Systems control audits
- Servicing clients in current portfolio & grow business within the region
- Customer relations management
- Adherence to Business Rules & Best Practices
- National Coordination of Group Accounts
- Value Adding Services, Portfolio, Edi, RFID
- Customer satisfaction
