About the Role As the Assistant Vice President , you will design and implement employee rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and short-term incentives. Partnering with the Global Rewards team, you’ll drive rewards policies, manage compensation processes, and ensure compliance across the board. This role requires a strong background in compensation and benefits, ideally from a call centre environment or corporate setting with a large staff base.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement compensation and benefits programs aligned with company performance and affordability;
- Lead initiatives for compensation benchmarking, salary structure design, and benefits policies;
- Oversee merit increase, bonus, and equity processes, ensuring effectiveness and alignment with business goals;
- Collaborate with recruitment and HRBP teams to set and manage hiring ranges;
- Monitor and evaluate short- and long-term incentive plans, including bonus and commission structures;
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies in all compensation decisions;
- Partner with finance and HR teams for budgeting, reporting, and data management;
- Provide strategic insights through monthly/quarterly dashboards and analysis.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 3 years in a leadership role;
- Strong background in the ITES/KPO/Analytics industry or similar environment;
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualisation tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense;
- Proven experience in managing large-scale rewards programs, ideally in a call centre or corporate setting;
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills with experience influencing global stakeholders;
- Demonstrated strategic thinking with a strong commercial focus.
