WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES?
Management, maintenance, and monitoring of system reporting and dashboards.
Team collaboration (as appropriate) to resolve application incidents.
Team & System support and standby as and when required.
Participate in roll-out planning and task deliverables.
End to End Application stability and maintenance.
Domain Cycle planning and collaboration.
Taking part in all Agile working model official sprint events.
WHICH QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE DO WE NEED FOR THE ROLE?
IT Diploma and/or relevant qualifications.
3+ Years of previous working experience in a DevOps environment.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
General Support experience (3+ Years).
ITSM .Next (Service Now) (Incident Management).
Planning & Monitoring (Grafana / OpenSearch Logstash).
CI/CD Pipeline / Change Management (Jenkins).
Configuration Management / Version Control (Github).
Operations Reporting Experience.
Solution Test Experience.
Risk Detection and Management.
Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter.
ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
AWS ALB, ECS, RDS.
GitHub and GitHub Actions.
Kafka.
Coding (Java, TypeScript).
Database Knowledge (SQL).
Soft Skills:
Agile working experience.
Communication.
Problem Solving.
Adaptability.
Time Management.
Collaboration.
Proactiveness.
Between 3 - 5 Years.
