We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and driven Financial Operations Associate to join our Finance and Operations team in our Cape Town office. This role is an excellent opportunity for newly graduated individuals who wish to start a career in finance and obtain tangible operational and financial experience in the field of payroll, accounts receivable management and other finance operations. This role will report to the Finance & Operations Manager and offers the opportunity to develop a career as a finance professional in a global business.
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Weekly temp payroll preparation and processing
- Weekly & monthly client invoice processing and send out
- Weekly & monthly client statements send out
- Client relationship management
- Accounts receivable chasing and managing the debtors book
- Importing weekly & monthly client invoicing into the accounting system
- Candidate query management
- Adhoc financial operations related tasks as required by Finance & Operations Manager
This role requires the following qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Prior experience in credit control, billing or payroll advantageous

Remuneration Package:
Basic Salary of R180000 to R204000 annually depending on qualification and experience.
Quarterly bonus scheme post probation.
Company medical aid contribution after 12 months.
Subsidised staff transport to & from the office.
