Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute marketing related administration.
- Support the Marketing Campaign Managers with general campaign related correspondence.
- Communicate to 3rd party stakeholders ensuring all correspondence is dealt with efficiently and timeously.
- Support the set-up of campaigns, events, digital and coordinate all related requirements.
- Manage the mailing list, answer customer complaints, and assist in reporting.
- Arrange and gather promotional materials in support of marketing campaigns.
- Maintain the inventory of marketing branding and coordinate the creation of new materials needed.
- Assist campaign managers in calling competition winners, ensuring all relevant information is correct.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of the social media monthly perception calendar.
- Gather information for consolidated reports on a monthly basis.
- Prepare and draft content for presentations/promotional material for campaigns/events.
- Support the campaign managers on day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinate marketing projects as requested.
- Assist in collecting and consolidating sales data per campaign.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing or a similar related field.
- 3+ years of experience working in a marketing/brand coordinator or similar role (desired).
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing (desired).
- Exposure to marketing reporting (desired).
- Exposure to managing customer-related queries (desired).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 with intermediate level of Excel and PPT skills (essential).
