Our Client, a leader in the Private Hospital sector is looking for a Group Technical Operations Manager to be based at their Head Office.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering,
- Preferably be a member of the Clinical Engineering Association of South Africa (CEASA),
- A minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership position within technical operations in the healthcare sector,
- Strong leadership and management abilities,
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
- Excellent computer skills,
- Good analysis, judgement skills and attention to detail,
- Good problem-solving skills,
- Ability to cope well under pressure,
- Must be customer focused,
- Must have a high level of reliability and accountability;
- Must have a driver’s license and own transport to travel between facilities.
