Hire Resolve's client, a group of industrial and packaging solutions companies, is actively seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone who has a keen eye for detail and a thorough understanding of financial processes.
As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for the company, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and providing valuable financial insights to management.
Responsibilities:
- Record and categorize daily financial transactions
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records
- Prepare and manage bank reconciliations
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure payroll accuracy
- Generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with external auditors during audits
Requirements: - Minimum of relevant Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5-10 years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in accounting software i.e. Sage Evolution
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Must have own transport
- Advantage: Experience working within a Multinational
