Position Overview:
As the Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. You’ll play a crucial role in shaping the store culture and maintaining the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Lead and train team members to meet customer expectations.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product selection.
- Handle POS systems and manage cash flow.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure organized product displays.
- Promote a welcoming, clean, and safe store environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing a retail store, ideally in the cannabis or vaping industry.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Matric or equivalent qualification.
- Immediate availability to start.
