Liberty is looking for individuals with an Entrepreneurial spirit and good networking skills to come and service our new branches as Financial Advisers.
Duties & Responsibilities
As a Liberty Financial Adviser, you are going to be working towards building your Professional Practice, or Business, under the Liberty umbrella.
Daily activities include:
- Reaching out to various clients, conducting a needs analysis to see where there are gaps, and as a Financial Adviser, you will fill the various gaps identified with all the Liberty products in our basket.
- You will be checking in to a branch and servicing a manager and will have continuous support from the manager and experienced Financial Advisers.
- Continuous financial planning for the clients you already have, by adding/amending products.
- The main aim is to make sure that you help people achieve Financial Freedom.
This is more than a sales role, Liberty is a company that gives Financial Advice. This means that you are going to take time to truly understand the needs and wants that your clients hold dear, and become an active partner in making sure that their Financial Freedom is secured.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree advantageous - Please note that your qualification must be recognized by the Financial Services Authority.
- Valid driver's license.
- RE5, Wealth Management, and a Certificate in Banking are an advantage.
- FAIS compliant.
