We are looking for a senior front of house manager with the following qualifications:
- Experience: Must have experience in a busy restaurant environment with extensive knowledge of restaurant floor management.
- Management Experience: Candidates with 6+ years management experience in restaurants will be considered.
- Communication Skills: Must have strong communication skills with the ability to manage a complete front of house restaurant operation.
- Customer Relations: Applicants must be well spoken and possess exceptional customer relations skills.
- Work History: Candidates with a long working history at previous employers will be preferred.
- References: All references must be contactable.
- Administrative Skills: Experience with restaurant administration & system controls is essential.
- Duties: Duties will include staff management, stock control, and opening & closing procedures.
- Team Leadership: Looking for someone who can lead a team and work under pressure.
- Personal Qualities: Applicants must be ambitious, self-motivated, and energetic.
