Keytek (Pty) Ltd, a security wholesaler based in Boksburg, is looking to employ a dynamic and innovative Branch / Operations Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in daily operations and sales.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations in a warehousing and sales environment.
- Business Development and Key Accounts Management.
- Provide Sales and Product training to distributors.
- Oversee a skilled production team and ensure production lead times are met.
- Oversee local and national logistics.
- Manage inventory at branch level.
- Perform basic HR functions for a young and dynamic team.
- Internal maintenance of production equipment and machinery.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with clients, employees, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven experience in sales and key accounts management.
- Past experience in warehousing and operational management.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications are beneficial, but experience speaks volumes.
