Quality Control: Monitor lodge facilities and services to maintain our 5-star standards, with attention to detail in all guest-facing areas. Inventory & Financial Oversight: Manage inventory, assist in budget tracking, and oversee stock levels to ensure operational efficiency. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in a management role within a 5-star lodge, boutique hotel, or similar high-end hospitality environment. A passion for delivering luxury guest experiences with an eye for detail and excellence. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
