Regional Personnel (HR) Officer (Cape Town - W.Cape Region) Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and selection with a specific focus on store placements. Provide HR support to both Area- and Store Management (Recruitment, Staff Development, Training, IR, etc.). Implementation of the Groups HR Strategy. Conduct regular weekly in-store visits (including scheduled weekend visits). Facilitation of (in-house) virtual training programmes. Effectively manage HR administration (including Time & Attendance / Leave) for your region, including Manpower Expenses (incl. Salaries, Overtime, etc.) Labour Relations (incl. CCMA representation). Key Skills and Attributes: Tertiary qualification (HR/Behavioural Sciences) 2 years HR Generalist experience Strong leadership skills Excellent communicator Computer literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook) Excellent interpersonal relations Drivers License (essential) Ability to work weekends- and travel (locally) We offer a competitive salary (based on experience) with Pension- and Medical Aid benefits.
