Generalist HR Manager
Generalist HR Manager required to manage the full HR, IR and EE function for a large company in the service industry.
Duties & Responsibilities
- All HR generalist functions including recruitment, administration, remuneration, contracts
- Industrial and Employee relations
- Performance, disciplinaries & CCMA (with the assistance of an outsourced legal team)
- Statutory reporting including training and development, BBBEE
- Development of employment policies and procedures
- Management of the corporate social investment
- Management of HR administrators
Desired Experience & Qualification
Human Resources degree or related qualification is essential.
IR experience.
BBBEE experience.
Must be willing to travel within South Africa.
Package & Remuneration
+- R50k-R55k CTC, including Provident Fund (dependant on experience and qualification).
