Training is over a 12 week training/Probation period. We offer a basic salary and commission in training, where candidates earn between R1800.00 and R7000.00 per week in commission on top of their basic. We also reimburse the Gautrain cost up to R92/day. After training has been completed successfully candidates will receive the following: Starting Basic of R5500.00 Uncapped Commission with no Claw-Backs Bonuses and Incentives Average person in permanency earns nothing less than R15,000.00 to R30,000.00 in commission per month. That is our minimum market related standards. Our Elite team makes over R60000.00 in Commission per month and then your basic still gets added on top of your commission.
