Are you a seasoned carpenter with a knack for new home construction? We are on the lookout for talented Residential Estate Carpenters to join our growing team. If you have hands-on experience with building homes from the ground up and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Construct and install frameworks, including walls, floors, and roof trusses, for new residential builds.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate construction.
- Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials according to specifications.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in carpentry for new residential constructions.
- Proficiency in using carpentry tools and equipment.
- Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
