Laundry Manager Full-Time Opportunity An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and organised Laundry Manager to lead a high-volume laundry facility serving seven healthcare institutions. This position requires someone with a knack for process management, team leadership, and a commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a facility processing 4 tons of laundry daily, ensuring quality and efficiency to support healthcare operations.
- Lead, manage, and coordinate all laundry activities to align with strategic and operational objectives of growth, quality, and people.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure the needs of internal clients are met.
Requirements:
- Qualification : Degree or Diploma in Business Management (an Engineering or Technical background is advantageous).
- Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years general management experience in a factory, production, or hospital environment.
- Knowledge : Familiarity with process management, logistics, and understanding of the private healthcare industry is a plus.
- Skills : Proven people management skills; ability to understand specialised fields and operate laundry equipment.
- Additional : Previous experience with Union relations is beneficial. Computer proficiency, a valid drivers licence, and access to reliable transport are essential.
