Guide Requirements:
- Must have FGASA NQF2 qualification
- Full Trails qualification is preferred, candidates with back-up trails experience will be considered
- Strong birding and photographic skills are beneficial
- Must have a valid First Aid and PDP
- Should be well-presented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be passionate about conservation
- Should be a team player
- Ability to be initiative think on your feet
- Must reference incredibly well
Front of House Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- A tertiary qualification in Hospitality
- Previous experience working in a similar position in a Lodge environment
- Must be confident with Front of House duties
- Must have excellent communication, interpersonal and hosting skills
- Must be computer literate
- Must be an outgoing individual who is presentable and friendly
- Must be able to perform well under pressure
- Must have a passion for the industry
