Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years managerial experience working in a 4 or 5 star camp
- A qualification in Hospitality Management would be highly advantageous
- Must be able to stand in for Lodge Manager when they are not on duty
- Must be able to assist in all areas of camp management
- Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences
- Must have exceptional hosting skills and be guest-centric
- Ability to manage staff and different departments
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Should have good computer and administration skills
Live-in position with private room and bathroom
3 weeks on and 1 week off (6 days off per month plus 1 in lieu of public holidays), 18 days annual leave
Salary of R13 - R15 kpm DOE
