Role’s mission
We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Global Operations PMO to transform how we manage our Operations processes and panels for our customers to enable consistency and efficiency across our global markets. Working alongside multiple multi-functional teams and partners, you will be responsible to define the processes and requirements to transform from the current to future state.

Key outcomes
- Lead with impact as a trusted partner to Operations, Product, Technology and Commercial teams to audit and review the end-to-end operational processes to map the current state and define the future state opportunities.
- Improve performance, efficiency and stability by documenting and defining the business problem using data and metrics.
- Lead requirements gathering and definition on projects to improve our operational and commercial capabilities.
- Write well thought out, clear and detailed user stories with acceptance criteria and communicate these effectively to different collaborators.
- Work with project management and Operational teams globally to assess potential solutions, help gain concept approval from the business and support project delivery ensuring that business requirements are delivered as specified.
- Brief Product owners and developers on your requirements and work closely with them to create realistic plans to deliver against the deadline
- Contribute to the establishment of standard methodologies for business analysis processes and mature these capabilities for the organisation.
- Establish and nurture collaboration with Product and Operations Business Analysts and Product Owners.

- Develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with Operations business as usual and project teams
- Knowledgeable in agile Project Management methodologies and software development processes
- Understanding operational needs as they relate to a potential business change or transformation.
- Excellent facilitation skills coupled with analytical ability to elicit critical information
- Superb communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Able to constructively challenge the status quo and appropriately challenge what, why and how things are.
- Devising strategies using decision analysis methods to define the problem, formulate the requirements and deliver the solution.
- Defining needs and solutions with analytical thinking and problem-solving techniques
- Gathering, identifying, and documenting operational functional and non-functional requirements
- Ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously, prioritising tasks to meet goals
- Supporting the Operations teams with process mapping to establish best practises
- Highly collaborative and adaptable with the ability to work effectively within different cultural and technical environments.
- Inquisitive, with critical thinking, and demonstrate genuine passion for consumer behaviour.
Your background will ideally look like this…
- Proven business analyst experience with experience of working in business transformation
- Has acquired at least one of the following certifications: Ideally IIBA or equivalent Business Analyst certification
- Possesses full business proficiency in English (B2 Level Minimum).
- Detailed and robust approach to business analysis
- Experience in generating process documentation and reports
- Ability to manage story backlog, story refinement and testing
- Proficiency with ADO, Jira, Microsoft suite of tools, and modelling tools (Visio, LucidCharts, etc.)
The following, although not mandatory, will be appreciated…
- Strong business analyst experience within any of the following: market research, operations, technology, or retail.
- Proven business analyst experience of shaping and delivering multi-regional transformation projects.
- Previous experience working within a multicultural business environment and developing solid working relationships with clients and colleagues from different countries and cultures.
