Bring your experience in finding new clients within the Software Solutions space to this role.
You will need to have:
- 3+ years of proven software sales experience and business development
- It is advantageous to have worked in an Agile Software Development environment
- Experience in Business process automation and knowing how to creatively apply bespoke cloud-based software solutions to achieve optimal business efficiency for existing and new customers
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Your own car with a valid driver's license
Responsibilities:
- Cold calling
- Pipeline management
- Sourcing of own leads and opportunities
- Operate as the lead point of new contact for any and all matters specific to sales
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Develop a trusted advisory relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Identify and grow opportunities within the sector and collaborate with development teams to ensure growth attainment
- Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
