Job Title: Leads Coordinator
Job Description:
The role of the Leads Coordinator & Administrator is crucial in supporting the Leasing team at Inospace. This position is responsible for efficiently managing client leads, streamlining administrative tasks, and driving client renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: The primary contact for all client inquiries, ensuring a professional and timely response through phone, email, and CRM systems.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on client needs, ensuring they align with Inospace's offerings and priorities.
- Data Entry and CRM Management: Maintain accurate and updated records for all client leads, ensuring CRM data integrity.
- Reporting: Create weekly and monthly reports on lead volume, conversion rates, and other metrics, using insights to recommend improvements.
- Administrative Support: Assist in preparing lease documentation, coordinating viewings, and ensuring client communication is clear and consistent.
- Custodian of Lease Renewals: Track and manage the lease renewal process, coordinating with clients to facilitate timely renewals and avoid disruptions.
Requirements:
- Must be a South African Citizen
- Proven experience in real estate or leasing administration
- Exceptional communication skills with a client-centered approach
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to maintain high standards of accuracy and client service
