Our client in Durbanville, who specializes in funding and growing SME’s, is looking for a Switchboard Administrator with 2 years’ experience in a similar role and knowledge of MS Office.
Duties & Responsibilities
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
SECTOR: Admin
BASIC SALARY: R15,000
START DATE: A.S.A.P / Immediate
REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12
- 2 Years’ experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of MS Office and other Office applications
- Strong communication skills
- Good problem-resolution and creative thinking abilities
DUTIES: - Answer and direct client calls
- Take messages and relay them to the appropriate team member/s
- Communicate with clients via telecom and e-mail, ensuring timely and professional responses to queries
- Explain the product, pricing, and loan terms to customers
- Assist clients in obtaining bank statements in the correct format and be familiar with all submission channels
- Assist the Front Desk team in preparing and processing applications
- Prepare all relevant information required for applications, including converting business bank statements via various channels
- Make follow-up calls to clients regarding pending business bank statements
HOURS: - 08:00 – 17:00 (Monday to Friday)
