Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure all employees understand and apply HWWT2 principles. Manage staff levels, onboarding, training, and performance appraisals. Develop talent pipelines and maintain up-to-date employee records.
- Lead meetings, workshops, and manage employee relations issues. Ensure compliance with health, safety, food hygiene, and security standards. Oversee employee performance, attendance, and leave management.
- Foster a customer-focused environment, manage complaints, and ensure service excellence through company tools and reports. Set bold sales goals, drive team incentives, and understand local competition to grow sales.
- Control costs (labor, food) and ensure profitability by aligning operations with targets. Monitor product availability, audit finances, and collaborate on scheduling and forecasting.
- Act as a liaison with Area Coach, deputize when needed, and attend relevant meetings. Represent at community events and support area or regional projects.
Requirements
NQF Level 5 or 6 Certificate
Basic HR/IR knowledge (disciplinary/grievance process)
